REAL PROPERTY VALUATION AND CONSULTING Veracity Valuation, LLC is a full service real property valuation and consulting firm located in Overland Park, Kansas. All assignments are completed or reviewed by an MAI designated appraiser. While our primary markets are Kansas and Missouri, we have completed assignments throughout the United States and hold permanent certifications in 11 different states.

EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST Mr. Smith has been performing appraisal and consultation since 1992. His valuation experience includes expert witness testimony and valuation of multifamily, retail, office lodging facilities, industrial, commercial and residential properties. Mr. Smith has performed appraisal services for new loans, refinancing, ad valorem tax issues, condemnation, litigation support, estate planning, acquisitions, development and construction. He also has extensive experience with most HUD lending programs including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and LIHTCs. Mr. Smith is the former Secretary, Treasurer, and member of the Board of Directors for the KC Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

GENERAL STATE CERTIFICATIONS: Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Colorado, Georgia, California, Iowa, Virginia and New Mexico.
